On February 21 from 3 to 7 PM, we'll offer free 45-minute massage therapy appointments for BIPOC individuals in Portland. ​​​

 

Please note that this space is for our neighbors of color facing an increased level of mental and somatic stress amid current events. We encourage you to be thoughtful about your own racial privilege in your decision as to whether you personally need this space.

Please sign up below. If more people sign up than there are slots, we will choose names randomly. You will be emailed to let you know if you have a slot, and our team will work with you to schedule your time.

Once you are scheduled, you will be prompted to complete an intake form. Completing this ahead of time will help us make the most of your time slot.
