Momo grounds her practice in intentionality, reverence for the body, and holistic care. She offers clients a non-judgmental space where people can come home to their bodies. Momo’s touch has been described as gentle, healing, magical, strong, and supportive. In 2023, Momo attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, completing a rigorous 660-hour program. During her training, she studied a wide range of bodywork modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, and Shiatsu. Soon after graduating, she expanded her skills by studying abdominal massage.

Before becoming a massage therapist, Momo worked as a birth doula and was continually inspired by the positive impact physical touch had on the birth experiences of her clients. Her background in doula care continues to inform her massage practice every day. In addition to massage, Momo offers reiki—first learned from family members and later formalized in 2021. She loves integrating reiki into her massage sessions when clients are open to it. Outside of her practice, Momo can often be found singing, tending her garden, baking banana bread, swimming, or making art of all kinds. At the center of everything she does are joy and softness.
